Once I got tired of having overweight bags traveling back to Norway from New Orleans stuffed with Creole Seasoning Blend among other home goodies, I decided to make my own. I finally landed on one I really like.
In a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, thyme, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, cornstarch, paprika and salt. Store in an airtight container. This keeps fresh for about 1 month but it probably won’t last that long 😉
