It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas ✨✨✨❄️🌨️✨✨✨🎵🎶🎵

Fuzzy wanted leftovers for dinner today. He loves chili so wanted it again. I decided to turn mine into some homemade nachos ✨✨
Warmed tortilla chips, chili, homemade chili cheese sauce, guacamole, crema, and dried chives. Bompbompbomp yeah yeah!

Quick errands for me this morning to investigate 2 new (to me) Asian food shops. They were okay but my 3 shops right by home have them beat out in variety. Most are still more Middle Eastern and Eastern European goods. I'm trying to find one with more Thai, Vietnamese, Singaporean, Filipino, Korean and Chinese products in the Ålesund area. The hunt continues...

For today, I got a great haul. Lots of refills on my staples and a couple of new dumplings to try out😊😊

Hmmm...now that I'm back home for a while, it was time to brew a batch of blue butterfly pea flower and lavender tea for beautiful ice cubes. Some are plain others, like these, are filled with forest berries. Yum!!
